We are a boutique investment firm focused on short term investing secured by residential real estate in the Pacific Northwest. Our partners have a seasoned track record in both real estate investing as well as investment fund management. We currently offer opportunities for investors to lend to short-term residential real estate projects. These short-term loans may be in either first position with targeted returns of 11% or in equity-like positions with returns incorporating an additional profit sharing component.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Black Butte Investments manages residential rehabs ("fix and flip"), opportunistic purchases of real estate, as well as bridge loans on real estate and accepts financing directly from investors via short-term promissory notes. These notes are real estate-secured and provide a base 11% interest rate or an additional return for loans taking an equity-like position.
