COMPANY PROFILE

We are experienced lenders, real estate project managers and have actively been investing and lending in real estate for over 20 years.  Over these years we've learned that delivering an attractive yield from real estate- based investments while protecting investor principal is best done in a granular setting where the partners experience can be directly applied to each real estate investment made as well as directly managing that investment through to its monetization. Large scale funds may buy real estate or loans based on geography, asset type, or other metrics, while never having met the property owner, the borrower, not underwriting the specific business plan, have never seen the collateral and often outsource  the management of that project to a third party.  We believe in building our real estate investments from scratch through detailed underwriting, including walking the property followed up by an inspection, developing a detailed rehab budget, negotiating a purchase price that provides at least a 20% profit margin, an personally managing the project from acquisition to sale.  These strategies have generated attractive historical yields with no losses, even in fluctuating real estate markets.
